Attorney Katie Ashby-Koppens: The Australian GMO Case Against Pfizer and Moderna

The World Council for Health hosted an emergency hearing on 9 October 2023 featuring Australian attorney Katie Ashby-Koppens and eight other leading experts to determine what is currently known about #PlasmidGate and the presence of bacterial DNA and genetic sequences found in vials of Covid-19 mRNA ‘vaccines’ manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna. Our expert panel addressed the implications of these findings for all people of the world.

Katie Ashby-Koppens is initiating a legal case in Australia with the objective of using GMO regulations to stop Moderna and Pfizer from dealing their mRNA products. She is urging the Australian regulators to take responsibility for conducting thorough examinations of these products to ascertain their freedom from contamination and guarantee their overall safety, as they are paid to do.

In her presentation at our expert hearing, Ashby-Koppens explains why Covid-19 mRNA ‘vaccines’ meet the criteria of a genetically modified organism (GMO). She issued a cautionary statement regarding the many new manufacturing facilities being established around the world, which proudly claim the ability to produce “at least a hundred million vaccines a year” using this dangerous “mRNA technology.”

About Katie Ashby-Koppens

• Katie Ashby-Koppens is a civil litigator with over 20 years’ experience on both sides of the Tasman in Australia and New Zealand. She is involved with various class actions, , including a current injunction application against Pfizer and Moderna.

• Katie’s skill set is running large actions. Since being in Australia, Katie has been involved with some of the largest class actions relating to 2009 Black Saturday Bush Fires and the Hepatitis C Class Action. She is also head of legal for New Zealand advocacy groups, Voices For Freedom and was the lead case manager for The ‘Hood.

• In the last year, Katie has been the instructing solicitor on the appeal of the AVN case and has been running similar actions in New Zealand, including cases for the midwives and against the pharma regulator for granting provisional consent for the 5-11 year old Pfizer Comirnaty.

• More recently, Katie’s filed an injunction application against Pfizer and Moderna alleging their Covid-19 products satisfy the definition of genetically modified organisms.
