Dr Jessica Rose: DNA Contamination of Modified mRNA C-19 Injectables & Potential Adverse Reactions
The World Council for Health hosted an emergency hearing on 9 October 2023 featuring biologist & data analyst Dr Jessica Rose and eight other leading experts to determine what is currently known about #PlasmidGate and the presence of bacterial DNA and genetic sequences found in vials of Covid-19 mRNA ‘vaccines’ manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna. Our expert panel addressed the implications of these findings for all people of the world.
Dr Jessica Rose’s presentation is an excellent starting point for anyone wanting an overview of the DNA contamination issue. She is now planning to build up the dataset of sequenced vials and correlate these with what is being observed in pharmacovigilance databases. Jessica also seeks to investigate the integration of plasmid components into stem cells or germline cells using Kevin McKernan’s protocols.

About Dr Jessica Rose
- Dr Jessica Rose pursued her Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics at Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) and subsequently, a Master’s in Medicine in Immunology. She was one of five esteemed graduates of a newly established interdisciplinary degree program pursing a master’s degree in Medicine with a focus on Immunology.
- Dr Rose continued with her studies in Israel, having been invited to pursue a PhD in Computational Biology. She has successfully completed two Post-Doctoral degrees in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.
- Jessica has been using her knowledge of molecular biology, biochemistry and computational biology to investigate Covid-19 vaccine adverse events databases.

I am a doctor that treated and still treats Covid but I don’t know what a promoter is. I wish you explain a little bit more of the basic bio Kim cell biology of this. Maybe give her more time this is important.
As far as the germ cell part, she skipped over that fast too but for your readers you should know what she’s talking about is incorporation of the DNA into the sperm cells and Overy O2 sites so that the code for the mRNA would be transferred to future generations even if they don’t get the shot. I think what she saying is the shot was designed to pass on this way without people knowing it. That’s why she said informed consent would’ve been impossible.
