NLM represents and advocates for those with Complex Health, Educational Needs and Disabilities, the LGBTQ+ community and all Ethnic and Marginalised Communities who are forgotten or who face discrimination. We focus on Public Health and include Rare Diseases, and DME (those with [Double Multiple Exceptionality]), i.e., both gifted and talented and learning needs simultaneously. DME Children are often removed wrongfully from their parents (Child Protection), as the professionals often focus on giftedness rather than on the health condition or learning needs.

NLM is also instructed as forensic analysts to investigate complex and perplexing health matters where concerns about Fabricating Induced Illness/Munchausen by Proxy are raised. The Chartered Forensic Society has recognised NLM and its CEO for their work on Rare Diseases/Health Records, previously thought of as Fii, FDIA or MbP. NLM can be found in Court securing rightful health and educational provision or educating professionals to understand health.
