A Reflection on Our First Full Year and the Importance of True Rest

As we approach the end of 2022, we are looking back on the year with awe and gratitude. Awe at what is unfolding and gratitude to everyone for their contributions and support.

We live in a time where, although there is much darkness, a ‘scruffy contingent’ of people are flooding the world with the light of their humanity and determination to create a Better Way. More encouraging still, is that this contingent grows bigger by the day. Around the world, people are waking up to their own agency, and taking practical action to take care of themselves and each other. Recognising that old systems of healthcare, research, media and governance are too corrupt to be trusted, they are actively seeking out alternatives – and if none are to be found, they are creating them from scratch.

This is how World Council for Health was born just over a year ago. And since its launch, it has flourished in a way none of us could have imagined. We have seen week after week of expert speakers sharing their expertise and knowledge at our General Assembly meetings, we have hugged each other and engaged in lively conversations and debate at face-to-face conferences – both our own, and in partner events – and we have found new friends and fellow warriors both in person and online. On your behalf, WCH has stood with doctors and scientists suffering persecution from corrupt professional bodies, and we have created practical guides empowering people to treat Covid at home, detox from the spike protein, and much more besides.

We have issued a Cease and Desist letter that has been shared and served by thousands of people across the globe, and collectively made our voices heard about the World Health Organization’s power grab.

Thanks to our collective refusal to stay silent on the issues that truly matter – vaccine harms, suppression of early Covid treatments such as ivermectin, institutional and corporate corruption – so many more people are now questioning the propaganda and looking for answers.

Every day, we see people coming together to share information, talents and skills, and above all, fellowship. Every day we are seeing the Better Way in action, created out of a collective wish for a better world. It is truly awe-inspiring.

To everyone who has supported World Council for Health this year, in whatever way, thank you.

Your compassion, courage, determination and generosity are the fuel of this extraordinary movement, and you inspire us every day.

We are taking a brief pause to rest and recharge – join us, if you can

This means the next General Assembly meeting will be on 9 January 2023. As your World Council for Health, we warmly invite you to do the same. Consider stepping away from the news and social media that constantly clamour for our attention, and give yourself time to do the things that truly nourish you.

Some of the activities our core team are looking forward to in the coming days are:

  • Watching the family’s favourite film for the hundredth time
  • Getting lost in a good book
  • Going for family walks in nature
  • Taking a break from tech
  • Spending time in the kitchen cooking with family and friends
  • Catching up on DIY projects around the house
  • Time with friends going out to lunch and pampering each other
  • Practicing self-care

Thank you again, happy holidays to everyone, and see you soon in 2023!
