If you are planning to take control of your health, please consider joining this cutting edge people-led, big-pharma free, research project! This project was approved by the WCH Research Ethics & Integrity Committee.
We are currently subject to an unprecedented number and degree of toxins in our environment, foods and pharmaceutical products. As a result, we are witnessing an increase in diseases such as infections, allergies, auto-immune disease, and cancer.
Demonstrating the value of our decentralised model of health advocacy, in 2024 the World Council for Health asked WCH Country Council teams to provide guidance on detoxification. The WCH Core team collated their input into this handy Detox & Wellbeing Companion Guide! Thus, in this booklet guide you will find a variety of options on how to optimise your health through detoxification.
The options drawn from expertise gathered from different country councils show that there is a wide range of ways to detox and get healthier. There is no one size fits all approach. Depending where you are in the world and what you are wanting to detox from may help you decide what approach will suit you best. WCH is pleased to highlight through this initiative that we have a choice in how we get and stay healthy.
As we are collectively witnessing a period of new and emerging disease, and these detox protocols have been designed to meet the needs of the times, we would like to find out whether they are making a difference.
This is a prospective observational study, meaning that once an individual enrols in the study, they contribute data from that point onwards for a fixed period of time.
