The Malone Doctrine | Health Conference Ireland

A delegation of American physicians travelled to Ireland in August to present evidence-based insights relating to Covid-19 and the health effects of the Covid-19 injection products for Health Conference Ireland. During their visit, they met with Irish doctors, public health officials, politicians, representatives of civil society, journalists and community leaders to advocate for transparency and an evidence-based approach in the administration of Covid public health policy.

Dr. Robert Malone is an internationally recognized scientist/physician and the original inventor of mRNA vaccination as a technology, DNA vaccination, and multiple non-viral DNA and RNA/mRNA platform delivery technologies. Dr. Malone holds numerous fundamental US and international patents in the fields of gene delivery, delivery formulations, and vaccines: including for fundamental DNA and RNA/mRNA vaccine technologies.

With approximately 100 scientific publications and over 12,000 citations of his work (per Google Scholar with an “outstanding” impact factor rating) Dr. Malone has been an invited speaker at over 50 conferences, has chaired numerous conferences and has sat on or served as chairperson on HHS and DoD committees. He currently sits as a non-voting member on the NIH ACTIV committee, which is tasked with managing clinical research for a variety of drug and antibody treatments for COVID-19.

Dr. Glasspool Malone is a specialist in regulatory, preclinical, and clinical project management, with focused expertise in Federal regulatory issues and public policy. She has been a co-founder of several biotech companies and has held multiple positions in the biotechnology industry as well as academia. She has an extensive publication record in immunology, gene therapy, and public policy for infectious disease outbreaks.

Dr. Glasspool Malone graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor’s degree focusing on behavioral anthropology (the study of the behavior of animals and how they relate to humans) and the Union Institute and University with a PhD in Public Policy, with an emphasis on Biotechnology. She graduated from the post-doctoral Harvard Medical School Global Clinical Scholars program in 2016 and serves on multiple non-profit boards.
