Split-Second Unlearning Part II | Mind Health Connection Room

Join Matt Hudson and a panel of Mind Health experts to expand on the concept of Split-Second Unlearning and how it can help us to quickly clear fear. Split-Second Unlearning proposes that a traumatic past experience is linked with a physiological response.

Matt Hudson, BA (Hons) Education, Author, Speaker, Behavioural Change Specialist has over 25 years of change work experience, where he has developed the peer-reviewed theory of Split-Second Unlearning. This is a process whereby fear-based learning or trauma can be rapidly unlearned by the mind, freeing the person to move forward without the subconscious threat, draining their energy, and blocking smarter thinking.

Matt’s paper on the theory can be found here.
