Guided New Year Goal-Setting Exercise with Kim Knight

On Wednesday, January 18, Kim Knight helped us set New Year goals in this special goal-setting exercise with the WCH Mind Health Committee.

In this exercise we, first of all, look at some principles of manifestation to help us use our minds in the most productive and creative way. Then, Kim guides us on an inner journey of self-reflection and visualization to appreciate what we have already accomplished and then move forward into creating the future we would like. 

About Kim Knight:

Kim is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. She particularly enjoys sharing how we can maximize our physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing from the inside out, as much as possible without the need for external interventions.

Kim has a particular interest in helping people self-heal from chronic pain and fatigue conditions such as chronic fatigue (CFS), ME, post viral-fatigue, and fibromyalgia. She was a finalist for NEXT New Zealand Woman of the Year in 2011 for innovation and contribution to health and is the founder of the Art of Health, Emotional Alchemy Academy, and Tao Health Qigong.
