Matt Hudson: Split-Second Unlearning | Mind Health Connection Room

This week, Matt Hudson presented on Split-Second Unlearning. Find Part 2 in this series here.

Matt Hudson, BA (Hons) Education, Author, Speaker, Behavioural Change Specialist has over 25 years of change work experience, where he has developed the peer-reviewed theory of Split-Second Unlearning. This is a process whereby fear-based learning or trauma can be rapidly unlearnt by the mind, freeing the person to move forward without the subconscious threat, draining their energy, and blocking smarter thinking. Matt’s paper on Split-Second Unlearning can be found here.

This conversation took place on Wednesday, August 10 at 8 pm UTC on Zoom.
