Dr. Herman Edeling: Covid-19 “Vaccination” Medico-Legal Considerations

On Monday, September 26, Dr. Herman Edeling gave an eye-opening presentation at WCH General Assembly Meeting #58 on Covid-19 “vaccination” medico-legal considerations.

Who is Dr. Herman Edeling?

Dr. Herman Edeling is a neurosurgeon, medico-legal practitioner, and mediator from South Africa. He has written thousands of medico-legal reports and testified on hundreds of matters in court as an expert witness. Dr. Edeling has served as director of the South African Medico Legal Association since 2005 and as deputy chairperson since 2011. He also served as a member of the HPCSA Appeal Tribunals from 2012 and as chairperson from 2014 to 2016. 

Since the declaration of the Covid-19 “pandemic”, Dr. Edeling has been compelled by his Hippocratic Oath to put his head above the parapets and speak out publicly in support of the scientific method, rational analysis of data, medical ethics, human rights, and justice. He wrote an open letter in 2021 to South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, titled “COVID-19 PANDEMIC – HEALTH AND ECONOMIC CRISES”. The letter requests that the government provide the public with daily updates on the number of people who’ve been hospitalized or have died after receiving a Covid-19 vaccine.

Dr. Herman Edeling is passionate about the advancement of medical science, ethical practice, the connections between medicine and law, justice, education and the encourage of mutual respect and understanding amongst people.
