Job Overview:
The World Council for Health is seeking a motivated and dynamic commission-based Fundraiser to
join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about health advocacy and has a
proven track record in fundraising. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and executing
fundraising strategies to secure financial support from individual donors, corporate sponsors,
foundations, and other funding sources. This position is commission-based, offering a competitive
commission structure on funds raised.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, cultivate, and solicit potential donors and sponsors, specifically high net worth angel
Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to achieve financial targets.
Craft compelling fundraising proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship packages.
Collaborate with the marketing, communications and web team to develop fundraising materials and
encourage repeat donations.
Provide regular reports on fundraising activities, progress, and outcomes to the team.
Stay updated on fundraising best practices, trends, and opportunities in the non-profit sector.

Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or business development, preferably within the non-profit
Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
Strong network of potential donors and sponsors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to craft persuasive proposals and presentations.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for the mission of the World Council for Health.

This is a commission-based position with a competitive remuneration structure on funds raised.
